Five For Friday and the Beginning of my Summer Vacay

Happy Friday Sweet Friends!
I'm sure you will all agree when I say that it's been such a tragic and heartbreaking week.
My thoughts and prayers are with the people of Moore, Oklahoma.
I found myself glued to the television this week.
The heroic stories from this tragic incident brought tears to my eyes. What a truly amazing group of people!!!

I'm linking up with Doodle Bugs Teaching for another edition of Five for Friday.

So I thought I'd begin this Five for Friday with some amazing heroic stories that have come out about teachers and how teachers are helping the community of Moore, Oklahoma.

1.

There are many teachers in the blogging community that have donated their products for monetary donations for the people of Moore, Oklahoma.  This is amazing!!  You must check it out.
Ashely from "The Teacher's Treasure Chest" is hosting a $25.00 donation towards the Red Cross for over $200.00 worth of digital teaching products. She is doing such am amazing job!!  Thank you Ashley!! Click on her button below to be taken to this link.

Teacher's Notebook is also hosting  the "Moore Relief Bundle".  You can choose to donate either $25, $50, or $100 and get over many fabulous digital teaching products.  Click on the picture below to be taken to this link.

2.  My Summer Vacation officially began on Wednesday.
On my "to do" list was to be much more organized with  the financial aspect for TPT and my product ideas.  So I've been working on a planner/organizer that I want to share with all of you in my post on Sunday.  Here's a sneak preview.  It will be a FREE download in my TPT store this Sunday.

3.  Family Fun Time
The weather here this week has not been pool friendly so, we hit the local bowling lanes on our first day of vacation.

The photo on the left was of my 3 year old watching his bowling ball, S-L-O-W-L-Y roll down the lane. It was precious!!!  He had to high five each time he knocked down 1 or 2 pins.
This little outing was  practically FREE.
There is this program called " Kids Bowl Free" that anyone can sign up their children and receive tickets via e-mail to 2 free daily games of bowling at their local bowling alley.   The link is listed here: http://www.kidsbowlfree.com/

4.  Fun at the Park
I've just been enjoying and soaking up these moments with my precious family.

5.

Have a fabulous holiday weekend Friends!  Enjoy this time with your precious families!!!

I just found your blog through the linky and have started following along (hopefully I remember on Sunday to go and check out that freebie you're working on- it sounds good!)

I love that your son was so into the bowling he had to high five every time he hit one! So cute!
