A month in pictures

Hi Sweet Friends!
I hope everyone had a relaxing weekend and had time to recharge your batteries.
Cooler weather has been moving in to my neck of the woods this past weekend, so
my husband and I had a date night that included lots of Christmas shopping.
I was also inspired to do some Fall cooking.  I just love cooking this time of year..
It's also nice to have meals prepared ahead for the busy week.

Today I'm linking up with Michele from Run Miss Nelson's Got The Camera.

Michele has an awesome monthly linky in which you showcase your month in pictures.

Here are our October classroom pictures:

1.  Pumpkin Observations
Sink or float?

How much does it weigh?

What's its circumference?

2. Multiplication Fun
Groups of

 Arrrays

Putting it all together in our interactive math notebook

4.  Nouns
Nounsters...

5. Government and election of a class mascot
Working on their campaign speeches for their candidate

photo ops with the candidates... these were for their campaign posters

6.  It's Party Time

Frankie Food

Mummy wrap game

7.  AND finally our folktale and fable unit

Comparing Lon Po Po with Little Red Riding Hood

Working on their folktale literacy stations

As I began looking through our month in pictures, I amazed at just how much we teachers can accomplish in just one month's time.  It's AH-MAZING!  Don't forget to link up with Michele by clicking on her linky party picture above.

Have a great week!
