I'm a newbie blogger (see blog below) but have been following your blog for a month or two. I love your TpT store...you are very talented! My favorite fall activity has to be a writing unit on what the students want to be when they grow up. I always make the end of the unit on Halloween where the kids dress as the career they want to be when they grow up. My school doesn't allow regular costumes but this is acceptable as it ties in with your curriculum.

I really enjoy teaching math now. I did not like it as a student- but I love teaching it now. I love showing the students how math can be fun and problems can be solved in many different ways.

When I was a 5th grade teacher my favorite subject to teach was Social Studies. Now, I am an Elementary Computer teacher and I love everything that I teach! I especially love having the students try out new web tools to complete assignments over various topics.

My favorite fall activity is one we just did (from Nicole Shelby) and it was making and writing about Owl S'mores. My kids loved it! I don't really have a favorite subject to teach. It changes depending on the skills I am working on. It used to be math, but not really anymore.

I love teaching English and Spanish... which is why I have made them my specialty :-P I love teaching kids how to communicate and I love being able to inspire them to think 'world-wide' rather that just 'in my town'!

Science is my favorite, once the prepping is done. It feels like that part takes forever, and usually involves me needing to go shopping. But the teaching is awesome, because I'm a total science nerd.

Reading is becoming a favorite, though... I'm really loving feeling more in control of my reading instruction with Daily 5/ CRAFT this year.

Thanks for the chance to win!

I love to teach Reading and Writing most of all...I guess that comes from my being a total "bookworm" myself....and I've been writing stories since about age 8.

For fall we always enjoy reading spooky stories and then writing our own spooky stories. Then we illustrate them.

It's not a fall activity, but our Native American unit always takes place in the fall and the kids truly love it.
A couple of years ago a colleague and I (both similarly crafting-impaired) tried to do the whole waxed paper cut into leaf shapes/crayon shavings/iron thing, but it didn't work out so well. I loved that when I was in school!
