Five for Friday.. just a day late

Hi Dear Friends!
I have to admit that summer is in full swing around here, and I have been up to very little school related stuff.

But I still couldn't wait to link up with Doodle Bugs Teaching for :
Here are my 5 for this week:

1.
I spent one morning this week updating my Facebook Fan page.  Ugh!!  Sometimes technology and I just do not get along.  If you haven't heard, I posted a freebie on my Facebook Fan page.  I'm working on another freebie that I hope to post next weekend.  Just like my page ( the icon is on the right hand side of my blog) to have access to the freebies.

2.
If you haven't heard Google reader will not be available as of July 1.  If you use Google reader to access the blogs you subscribe to, you will need to change.  I have just changed over to Bloglovin'.  It was so easy!  Once I created my account, I was able to convert all the blogs I follow onto Bloglovin' with the click of a button.   Just click on the picture above to be taken to Bloglovin'.  If you want to follow my blog using Bloglovin', just find the icon on the right hand side of my blog page.
3.   Laundry.. Loads and Loads of it
I found this quote on Pinterest and thought it fitting.  We just got back from a vacation on Sunday and have spent lots of time doing laundry.  I think that may be the worst part about vacation time.. catching up on all the laundry.

4 and 5. Family Time
I spent a great deal this week working on nothing TPT or blogging related, but just soaked up the moments with my children.  Each one is going through his/her own challenges, and I was reminded how important it is to just "be" present and "listen" to them.  I am guilty of sometimes spending too much time on that "to do" list, and not enough quality time with my kiddos. I was given a not so gentle reminder of that this week.

Have a fabulous weekend friends!!

I wish I could figure out how to manage my FB page better...like adding "Fan Freebies" and such. Any advice is appreciated :) Love the nudist quote..although I would scare off a whole lot of people if I went that route. ha! :)
